Cancellation Policy
Bookings with The Tranquil Otter are firm from the time of booking, though we try to be as flexible as we can about subsequent changes and are usually successful in accommodating guests’ requirements. Please refer to this link for The Tranquil Otter’s cancellation policy Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation Cover
We strongly recommend that our guests take out cancellation cover, which can generally be obtained commercially. Guests may normally obtain cover against cancellation from an independent insurer, X-cover, offered on our booking form at the time of booking. Please be advised that X-Cover does not apply to bookings made within 14 days of the start date. This cover protects the guest’s rental against the most common, but not all, causes of cancellation that are beyond the Guest’s control.
